Key Responsibilities:

Your duties will be divided between supporting Accounts Receivable (AR) and contributing to General Ledger (GL) and expenses management.

1. Accounts Receivable & Collections Support

  • Process incoming accounts and collections in compliance with established financial policies.
  • Issue and follow up on payment reminders to customers to ensure the timely settlement of outstanding invoices.
  • Investigate and efficiently resolve any discrepancies in customer invoices or collections, coordinating effectively with the Sales and Customer Service departments.
  • Reconcile incorrect or unauthorized discounts by following defined procedures.
  • Prepare Accounts Receivable Aging Reports and submit them to senior management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices, debtors, and credit notes, both physically and within the accounting system.
  • Coordinate with the Treasury Department to issue monthly reports related to post-dated checks.


2. Expenses & General Ledger

  • Contribute to the recording and preparation of daily and monthly expenses in accordance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare necessary monthly journal entries and transfers for the General Ledger (GL).
  • Assist in ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all accounting files and documentation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • Practical experience ranging from 3 to 6 years.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems and software, with excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative), and the ability to analyze problems and devise solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and good proficiency in the English language.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Male candidates only. Preference for residents of El Haram, Giza, or surrounding areas.
  • Maximum age limit: 30 years old.

Objective:

The primary mission is to expand the company's customer base by conducting persuasive calls and converting potential leads into successful sales deals, this role ensures a professional image of the company is presented while efficiently achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiating outbound calls to prospective customers to present company products in a professional manner.
  • Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions to close sales transactions.
  • Building positive relationships with customers and ensuring their complete satisfaction with the service provided.
  • Regularly updating the customer database and accurately recording call outcomes.
  • Achieving sales targets and following up on collections.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Higher Education).
  • At least one year of experience in the sales field is preferred.
  • High persuasive ability, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to engage with various customer personalities.
  • Patience and professionalism in handling sales objections.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Objective:

To expand the customer base and achieve sales targets by building strong relationships with new clients and efficiently managing the collection process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting field visits to prospective clients to expand the company’s market reach.
  • Achieving assigned sales and collection targets.
  • Providing clients with comprehensive demonstrations and information regarding company products.
  • Resolving client issues and providing consistent follow-up for both sales and collections.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree; at least one year of experience in sales (FMCG - Food & Beverages distribution) is preferred.
  • High persuasive, dialogue, and negotiation skills, along with excellent communication abilities.
  • Patience and professionalism in handling sales objections.
  • A valid driver’s license is preferred.
  • Clear military service status.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Max age: 25 years.
  • Preference is given to residents of Haram or surrounding areas.

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in sales within the FMCG (Food and Beverages) distribution sector.
  • A proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Exceptional negotiation, persuasion, and complex deal-closing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a professional ability to solve field-related problems.
  • Very good proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and data management.
  • Car ownership is a must.

To enhance the customer experience with the company's products through professional preparation, effectively converting product tastings into actual purchase intent and increasing overall brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expanding the customer base by collaborating with the sales team to drive product sales.
    Innovating new and distinctive beverage recipes and concepts using the company’s product line.
    Resolving customer inquiries and providing comprehensive technical product knowledge.
    Conducting professional product demonstrations (Demos) for clients and stakeholders.
    Training the sales team on product applications and sensory profiles.
    Actively marketing and promoting products during events and field visits.


Required Qualifications:

  • Strong foundational knowledge and expertise in Barista techniques.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Higher Education).
  • Max age: 35 years.
  • Good proficiency in English and Computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • At least 2 years of experience in the beverage industry, specifically dealing with the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, and cafés).
  • Resident of Cairo or Giza.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Crucial).
  • Proven experience working with major international brands (e.g., Starbucks, Beano’s, Costa, Caribou, Company etc.).
